The head-spindle combination, specially designed for the PBZ HD profile machining center, ensures reliable quality and high precision.

Complete machining in a single setup!

The PBZ HD profile machining center is capable of 5-axis simultaneous machining and enables interference-free machining along the entire length of the workpiece. In a single setup, all six sides of the component can be fully machined, including milling, sawing, drilling, thread drilling, and thread cutting. The precise X-axis positions the component within the stationary machining area.

Proven bavius clamping technology

For the PBZ HD profile machining center, we develop customer-specific clamping systems with a variable number of clamping blocks or as a table-mounted version. Even large and long fixtures can be changed quickly. Dovetail clamping is available if needed.

bavius milling head (bmh)

The bmh fork-type milling heads are specifically designed for bavius machining centers and are developed and manufactured exclusively by bavius. The synergy between the bavius machining center and the milling head is unique. The bmh ensures highly dynamic 5-axis machining of components with a high degree of process reliability. Our milling head-spindle combination is characterized by high machining performance with outstanding accuracy and surface quality, which is achieved even with extra-long tools or large angle heads.
