5-axis CNC high-speed machining with high precision! This machine design has proven particularly effective for high-speed machining of long aerospace structural parts and profiles.
High cutting rates for machining aluminum profiles and solid material! Above all, the robust, stationary machining area enables top performance in 5-axis simultaneous machining. The head-spindle combination, specially designed for the PBZ HD profile machining center, ensures reliable quality and high precision.
The PBZ HD profile machining center is capable of 5-axis simultaneous machining and enables interference-free machining along the entire length of the workpiece. In a single setup, all six sides of the component can be fully machined, including milling, sawing, drilling, thread drilling, and thread cutting. The precise X-axis positions the component within the stationary machining area.
For the PBZ HD profile machining center, we develop customer-specific clamping systems with a variable number of clamping blocks or as a table-mounted version. Even large and long fixtures can be changed quickly. Dovetail clamping is available if needed.
