As another highlight you will be able to see our new 2-axis fork head live at our booth.Along with the PBZ FlexTech we designed our new dynamic and precise bmh1+ milling head with an excentric spindle position, which enables outstanding accessibility when machining complex profiles.
The presentation is complemented by the latest clamping vices specifically tailored to the requirements of bavius profile machining: Electrically adjustable vises can be flexibly positioned individually or together. This enables optimal clamping conditions and high process reliability.
The bavius bmh1+ milling head, combined with the new bavius clamping system, creates the perfect synergy for the PBZ FlexTech® profile machining center!
In addition, we are showcasing a selection of complex parts produced on bavius profile and horizontal machining centers. These include, among others a Wing Rib and bavius Rearspar.
The exhibits impressively demonstrate complex geometries and challenging manufacturing tasks that can be manufactured with our technologies.
